Job Summary

MycoWorks is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Sales Team. As a vital member of our Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management and execution of various projects, driving efficiency and compliance within our project governance framework. This position requires a strategic thinker who can assess project performance and implement improvements aligned with our corporate objectives.

This person’s expertise will be leveraged to oversee strategic planning, project execution, and performance monitoring across various projects that contribute to the growth and success of our brand. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, implement best practices for project management, and develop processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. Analytical skills will be essential in assessing project performance and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. This position requires a visionary leader committed to enhancing our organizational capabilities while ensuring that we uphold the luxurious quality and craftsmanship that our brand is renowned for.

Key responsibilities and requirements:
• Develop and implement project management frameworks and methodologies designed to suit the market for luxury goods, sustainable materials for home furniture, interior design, and architects.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and direction.
• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, providing insights into project performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure all project components are aligned and integrated effectively.
• Continuously assess and improve project management practices and tools to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes to meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular project audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the textiles or leather industry.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion within budget and timeline constraints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to travel internationally with short notice

Salary: 55,000-70,000 Euro

Job status: Private Sector Executive / Cadre

Type of job: Full-time, permanent contract

Start date: As soon as possible
