Project Manager - Solar

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project Manager for their Solar projects in Dubai. The role involves developing project plans, coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include budget management, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position based in the UAE.
• Developing project plans that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This involves working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinating activities and resources across multiple teams and departments to ensure successful project delivery. This includes creating project schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. A strategic project manager is responsible for proactively addressing risks and managing issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members. This involves effective communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
• Monitoring project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and making necessary adjustments to ensure projectsuccess. This may include analyzing project data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing project budgetsand ensuring thatresources are allocated effectively. This includestracking project expenses, estimating costs, and making adjustments as needed
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. This may involve conducting quality audits, reviewing project documentation, and implementing qualitycontrol processes
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. This includes preparing project reports, conducting project reviews, and facilitating project meetings.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management of Solar project
