BrillianTalent is hiring a Solar Project Manager in San Francisco, CA, responsible for planning and executing solar energy projects. Job Summary:

The Solar Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects in the US. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, renewable energy systems, and construction processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans for solar energy systems, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are exceeded.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of solar tracking systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal staff.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar tracker systems and construction processes.
• Demonstrated success in the Project Management function of a construction firm.
• Proven success managing subcontractors and developing and executing innovative project changes.
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule, and within budget close.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills.
• Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Wrike software with experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
• Demonstrated decisiveness in resolving project issues, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
• Able to travel frequently according to project needs.
