Project Manager - Environmental Planning

About the Opportunity:

The Nevada Project Manager is responsible for leading our planning team in developing new business and providing leadership within the Planning Program. This role involves supervising and mentoring staff, providing training and guidance, pursuing project opportunities, managing projects, and clients.

This is a full-time position that reports to the Nevada Planning Director. The successful candidate will have experience with environmental planning, project management, and technical skills in planning and permitting processes. They should also be able to provide direction to junior staff and work closely with leaders across regions to accomplish goals.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing business opportunities within the Nevada and adjacent areas
• Managing client relationships and conducting business development with new and existing clients
• Identifying and evaluating sales opportunities and making recommendations to the directors
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members in business development and client services
• Leading strategic client capture efforts in collaboration with the Business Development Resources team and local/regional leadership
