Entech Resources, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer for an Environmental Remediation project in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves documentation management, coordination, and compliance assurance within budget and schedule. Candidates may work primarily remotely with 20-30% travel. Ideal candidates have experience in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Great career and equity-interest opportunity with well-established and successful, 30+ years and continually growing, Employee-Owned Engineering, Consulting, Construction company that is seeking ideally a local Site Project Engineer, but would also consider a Project Manager, for a Salt Lake City Environmental Remediation project. Selected candidate will be responsible for documentation management, report generation, coordination, soliciting, purchasing development, contracting development, and coordinating the delivery of materials and subcontract labor, and assuring compliance with design and delivery requirements, within budget and on schedule. Depending on qualifications, the initial position and project is a large environmental remediation project functioning as a Project Engineer; or Project Manager, Owners Representative located in the western Salt Lake City area where the first phase is approximately 18 to 24 months in duration. Position reports to on-site Project Executive. Future projects will be industrial/commercial projects including but not limited to solid-waste recycling centers, commercial / industrial construction, environment remediation, gas processing plants, RNG / Biogas, CNG, food processing, and other Industrial Process type projects and located anywhere in the United States. Depending on experience level, abilities, and performance on this project, future projects would be as Project Manager primarily working remotely with up to 20 to 30% travel to project sites and customer locations. Should the selected candidate not be ready for the next step as a Project Manager, continuing with the company as a Project Engineer working on project sites may be an option and would require significant travel to project sites but getting back to your residence every other weekend with all business travel, lodging, and related expenses paid. Hiring Manager is ideally looking for a local Salt Lake City candidate who has General Civil and Heavy Site Work, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Environmental Engineering related education and experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· In this first project, the main responsibilities we be revolving around coordination, recording/reporting including schedules, budgets, logs, and other project documentation

· Assist with the Solicit, purchase, contract, coordinate, and assure design requirement compliance for all project materials in keeping with Company standards, including standard Company purchasing agreements.

· Assist with the Solicit, purchase, subcontract, coordinate, and assure design requirement compliance for all project labor and subcontract work in keeping with Company standards, including standard Company subcontracting agreements.

· Assist PM to ensure all purchasing activities are within project budget and cost control limits.

· Assure compliance with all Company standards, systems, and practices in execution of Project Engineering work.

· Assist PM to assure compliance and interface with project material submittal requirements, including shop drawings, catalogue cuts, samples, and mock-ups. Develop and maintain submittal schedule and log.

· Assist PM to coordinate with Project Designer regarding material interfacing and design/specification requirements.

· Coordinate with Project Superintendent regarding project scheduling and delivery requirements; inventory deliveries and/or check manifests for proper receipt and report shortages or damage

· Assist PM with preparation of meeting minutes, phone call minutes, and weekly reports for review by PM/supervisor.

· Assist Project Manager with preparation of monthly invoices / pay applications, IOR’s, and other control items as assigned by PM/supervisor.

· Enforce all corporate safety policies and procedures. Report discrepancies to the Superintendent.

· Conduct self in a respectful manner when dealing with all parties, including the Client; subcontractors; tradesmen; suppliers and all service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3+ years of related project engineering experience

· Experience with Biogas / RNG process, Gas process, Industrial Process, Process Piping, Water treatment, Food Processing, or related type projects

· Prior experience working on project sites needed

· 4-year degree construction management, civil engineering, environmental, or related field

· Proactive, organized, and proficient in managing responsibilities and projects

· Able to read blueprints and schematics.

· Good user skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Experience with ProCore a plus

· Strong communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels.

· Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, walking complete job site

· Offer of employment is also contingent upon satisfactory results from a pre-employment motor vehicle background check, physical examination, and drug screening.

Benefits and Compensation:

Company offers outstanding compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, base pay up to $90K for a Project Engineer and up to $140K base for a Project Manager. Company also has individual and company performance bonus up to 20% of base for the Project Engineer and up to 25% for the Project Manager, employee stock options plan (ESOP), 3% add to 401K, PTO, Holiday and Sick pay, company vehicle or car allowance, ½ month of base Holiday Bonus in December.
