Our company is seeking a highly skilled Structural Project Manager to join our team. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects related to the renovation, restoration, and reuse of structures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including experience with building renovation, additions, historic preservation, building upgrades/retrofit, and assessments across a wide variety of building materials and structural systems.

You will work closely with our team of engineers, construction managers, architects, and contractors to deliver creative, economical, and sustainable design solutions for our clients.

We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 10-15 years of engineering experience, with a 5 to 7-year focus on building reuse and renovation. A bachelor's or master's degree in structures from an ABET accredited engineering program is also required.

Bonus qualifications include a Structural Engineering (SE) license in a State that offers an SE license and familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, RAM, RFEM, ETABS, and RISA.
