Job Description

Bradsby Group is hiring a Project Finance Manager for Renewable Energy in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule. The role involves leading financing activities, managing due diligence processes, and maintaining relationships with financial partners in the renewable energy sector. Candidates should have 5-8+ years of project finance experience, particularly in renewable energy, along with strong financial modeling skills. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Portfolio Finance Manager

Location: Washington D.C. / Dana Point, CA / Portland, OR / Salt Lake City, UT

Schedule: Hybrid

The role: The Manager will work alongside the Capital Markets and Portfolio Finance team members.

· Leading financing activities including debt term conversions, tax equity fundings, refinancing, tax equity partnership buyouts and asset divestitures.

· Reviewing changes to transaction and project documentation, negotiating amendments and waivers, and seeking approval and consents from financing parties.

· Managing transaction due diligence bringdown processes at fundings.

· Collaborating across internal teams to manage ongoing financing requirements.

· Managing financial tracking models and supporting internal / external modelling requests for projects in construction and operations.

· Maintaining relationships with tax equity investors, lenders and other financial partners in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements:
• 5-8+ years of experience of project finance experience with 2+ years of Renewable Energy experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Strong financial modeling capabilities
• Experience in project finance and tax equity transactions, including maintaining and auditing tracking models.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy markets, solar energy technologies, and project finance principles
• Proven transaction experience in the energy or infrastructure sector, preferably at a developer, operating company, private equity, management consulting, or banking.
