Project Finance Coordinator

ClearGen LLC is seeking a Project Finance Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include analyzing project opportunities, conducting financial due diligence, and maintaining financial models. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance or related fields, experience in project finance, and strong analytical skills. The role offers a flexible schedule with three days in-office and two days remote, focusing on renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities
• Review and analyze new project development and acquisition opportunities, including data room review and financial document analysis
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for renewable energy projects, assessing feasibility, risk, financial modeling, and project valuation
• Perform sensitivity analyses on project models and provide narrative analysis for financing decisions
• Update and maintain the company's corporate financial model, providing necessary reporting and model assumptions to investors
• Prepare presentations for management and the Board of Directors regarding acquisitions, project financing, and key strategic project decisions

Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in project finance, asset management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and investment analysis
• Advanced analytical skills, interpreting complex data sets to drive decision-making
• Expertise in financial modeling, including forecasting, valuation, scenario analysis, and building dynamic models in Excel
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, compelling reports and presentations
