Backed by significant new funding and with one of the largest project pipelines in Central & Southern Portugal, our client is widely recognised as a regional leader in utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Wind.

We are now hiring a Project Development Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering high-impact clean energy projects across the region.

Your Role
• Lead the end-to-end development of utility-scale renewable energy projects – from land acquisition through to permitting and grid connection.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local authorities, grid operators, landowners, and consultants.
• Navigate environmental and permitting regulations in Portugal.
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Support the transition from development to construction phase.

Your Background
• Proven experience in the development of renewable energy projects in Portugal.
• Strong knowledge of local permitting processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good English skills.
• Passion for clean energy and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
