Project Developer

Flow Power is seeking a Project Developer in Brisbane, QLD, Australia, to join their EV Charging infrastructure team. The role involves business development, project planning, and managing customer relationships for Fast Charging stations. Candidates should have 5-7 years of B2B experience, knowledge of EV charging, and strong project management skills. This position is full-time and requires travel, indicating it is not a remote job.

The Opportunity

As a Project Developer at Flow Power, working on the Flow Power Highway rollout, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to be part of a new and developing EV Charging infrastructure team. With a strong technical foundation and a good understanding of EV Charging assets (or similar systems), you excel at the business development and project planning needed to bring these initiatives through to successful delivery.
• Identify site suitability against assessment criteria, leveraging best practice tools and data
• Build & manage customer relationships, develop a pipeline of Fast Charging station opportunities, and negotiate for successful outcomes
• Project management & documentation of all respective permits and agreements

Skills and Experience
• Ideally, 5-7 years of B2B business development or account management
• Demonstrable knowledge of EV charging, e-mobility, or renewable assets and the energy sector
• Understanding of the related technical drawings and planning requirements for EV charging
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness for travel
