Solar Alternatives, a leader in renewable energy solutions in the Southeast, is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator for Solar Energy projects, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and management of solar energy installations for residential and commercial clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, managing communication between stakeholders, ensuring timely deliverables, and assisting in the smooth execution of solar projects from initiation to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, excels in project management, and is passionate about renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of solar projects
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reporting
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support the sales team with technical knowledge and project feasibility assessments

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
