Centre for Environment Education (CEE) South is seeking a proactive and organized individual to serve as Project Coordinator, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth implementation of climate and sustainability education initiatives across four locations: Bangalore, Nashik, Vadodara, and Faridabad. The role also involves supporting ongoing research activities and programme documentation at the Regional Office in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities

Coordination and Oversight:

Ensure seamless coordination and communication between the project teams in all four locations.
Monitor implementation timelines, budgets, and deliverables from each location.
Schedule and facilitate review meetings, prepare status updates, and ensure cross-location alignment.

Program Implementation Support:

Provide strategic and operational support to field teams as required.
Support in planning and conducting training sessions and workshops across project sites.

Research and Documentation:

Assist in data collection, analysis, and synthesis for research studies linked to the programme.
Support preparation of concept notes, project reports, technical documentation, and case studies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with partners, schools, local bodies, and other stakeholders across the different locations.
Represent the project in regional forums, networks, and collaborative platforms when needed.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:

Track progress indicators and contribute to the development of M&E frameworks.
Collate periodic reports and success stories from all locations.
