Project Administrator

Fluence is seeking a Project Administrator in Manila, Philippines. The role involves assisting Project & Construction Directors with meetings, minute-taking, organizing travel, maintaining project calendars, and coordinating with managers for database updates. The position supports compliance with regulations and aims to improve efficiencies. This is a full-time position and does not require a degree.

Responsibilities
• Help Project & Construction Directors (SEA/IN) to set up project meetings with key team members, external stakeholders based on priorities.
• Handle the minute-taking at meetings, Circulate MoM with internal stakeholders.
• Organize travel/venues for workshops/meetings for Project Delivery teams.
• Assist with planning and keep the project calendar up to date.
• Co-ordinate with Project Managers & Site Managers to update key database updates.
• Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies.
• Support Project Delivery teams in maintain compliance regulations (ISO/Internal admin guidelines).
