Project Administrator (Renewable Energy)

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and result orientated Project Administrator to support our dynamic engineering business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Projects team including day to day administration, document management, scheduling, travel arrangement and meeting coordination.
• Maintain and update business and technical documentation, project records, and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
• Support procurement processes, including purchase orders and equipment tracking.
• Implement and maintain effective filing systems and databases.
• Carry out ad-hoc office tasks as required.

Key Requirements:
• Degree-qualified, ideally in a STEM subject.
• Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within an engineering, technical, or construction environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, focused, and able to perform under pressure with a high level of discipline.
• Proficiency in Linux environments is an advantage; experience with project management or engineering software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team ethic.
