Job Description
Clarke Rehlko US is seeking a Project Administrator for an onsite role in West Jordan, Utah. Responsibilities include developing project reports, managing complaints, organizing events, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience, advanced IT skills, and a methodical work ethic. The position offers a salary range of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. This is an onsite role, located in West Jordan, Utah.
Specific responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of Project reports and programs as required.
• Update and control CID entries, complaints and supplier issues, ensuring that matters are dealt with promptly and in an appropriate manner.
• Ensure that files are regularly updated and maintained to assist in the smooth running of the Projects.
• Maintain archived information as required.
• Assist in the organization of workshops, conferences, seminars and training events.
• Prepare documentation and presentations as required
• Take the minutes of internal and client meetings ensuring accurate and timely distribution to all interested parties.
• Monitor and follow up action points from internal and client meetings to ensure that all matters are being dealt with in a timely manner.
• Assist the team, as required, with the development of the Project Management Delivery Process
• Organize all travel and accommodation arrangements on behalf of the Projects team.
• Provide general administration support to the Projects team, undertaking all necessary office duties
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures as appropriate to work being undertaken.
• Maintain and update Project Engineer whereabouts spread sheet.
• Maintain commissioning spreadsheet.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years' minimum experiencein a similar role
• Experience working on large construction projects above 3 million (nice to have)
• Advanced IT skills - Word, Excel and Power point
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project software Procore (nice to have)
• Understanding of Project Management.

The salary range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 an hour. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
