Program Manager Sustainability

Talent is seeking a Program Manager for Sustainability projects for a leading national retailer in Hawthorn East, VIC, Australia. This full-time role offers a 12-month contract with potential for extension. Candidates should have 10 years of experience in managing high complexity projects over $5M, leading teams, and driving cross-functional transformation. Strong communication skills and an end-customer focus are essential.
Our client is a leading national retailer looking for an experienced Program Manager who specialises in Sustainability projects.

This role will offer an initial 12 month contract with a view to extend and an attractive daily rate.

Required experience:
• 10 years' experience in delivering projects
• Has successfully managed high complexity projects $5M+, 5 direct reports, across all functions, involving external parties and complex levels of change and uniqueness
• Has managed large projects
• Experience driving complex, cross functional transformation programs
• Leader with strong understanding of process, systems and disciplines
• Demonstrated end-customer focus
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
