The Program Coordinator at Tufts University's Fletcher School supports the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy by managing databases, maintaining websites, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to faculty and research projects. The Fletcher School’s Center for International Environment and Resource Policy’s mission is to build sustainable prosperity in a changing global environment through rigorous, policy-relevant, interdisciplinary research and training of the next generation of leaders. CIERP combines rigorous research, multi-disciplinary graduate education, and executive training to equip current and future policy entrepreneurs with both the knowledge to craft evidence-based policy in a global context and the skills to implement it. CIERP includes the Climate Policy Lab and Shared Waters Lab.

What You'll Do

This is a grant funded position and is not eligible for severance pay.

The Program Coordinator provides support and coordination for the university Program or Project. Produces a variety of documents, reports, and proposals, responds to inquiries and provides detailed information to constituents. Organizes and maintains files and databases. Assists in updating the organization websites and posting social media material. Coordinates travel, payment, and arrangements for event speakers and presenters, as well as Center faculty, fellows, and staff. Conducts assigned research and gathers information and data. Manages office operations.

Specifically for this position, the Program Coordinator’s main responsibilities fall into [9] categories: (1) Maintains and updates the Center’s robust contact database and running reports on contacts as needed; (2) Maintains and updates the Center’s websites and ensures websites are inclusive and accessible to all; (3) Acts as a front-facing contact point for the Center with stakeholders and constituents; (4) Manages office operations; (5) Assists with content creation on center websites, social media, and marketing campaigns; (6) Provides travel, expense, and reimbursement support for CIERP research fellows, visitors, and staff. (7) Provides administrative support to CIERP research projects. (8) Provides administrative support to a set of Fletcher School faculty members. (9) Provides support to the Fletcher School Dean’s Office when needed.

What We're Looking For

Basic Requirements:
• Associate’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.

Pay Range

Minimum $26.70, Midpoint $31.80, Maximum $36.80

Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
