The University of Alabama is hiring a full-time, 9-month tenure-track Professor of Sustainable Development. About the Position:
This is a full-time, 9-month tenure-track position in the Department of Interdisciplinary Environmental Policy at New College, University of Alabama. We seek a highly qualified individual with expertise in environmental policy research and a strong commitment to undergraduate education. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and teach courses in environmental policy and related fields, conduct research in environmental policy, and engage in service activities that benefit the college and community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate students in environmental policy and related fields
- Conduct research in environmental policy and publish scholarly articles
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders in the field of environmental policy
- Serve on departmental and college-wide committees as assigned by the department chair
