We are seeking a skilled Sustainable Packaging Innovator to join our team. As a Sustainable Packaging Innovator, you will play a crucial role in reducing waste and improving sustainability in our packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable packaging strategies that align with business objectives and sustainability goals.
• Design and develop packaging solutions that meet international, national, and state regulations and directives.
• Maintain and develop packaging design and testing standards to ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements.
• Create and lead packaging specifications and documentation for all packaging materials.
• Coordinate development, delivery, testing, and review of packaging prototypes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field.
• Ideal 3+ years of experience in a Packaging Engineering or related role, preferably at an industrial manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of international, national, and state packaging regulations and directives is preferred.
