Packaging Design Engineer Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will create sustainable packaging solutions that showcase care for our products, people, and the world we live in.

Main Responsibilities
• Be responsible for conception, design, development, documentation creation, validation, and release of packaging.
• Work closely with suppliers to develop packaging solutions from high-level design concepts.
• Collaborate with various teams, including ID, PMs, Engineers, User Experience, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with a wide range of consumer packaging materials.
• Experience with packaging CAD using 2D (ArtiosCAD) and 3D (SolidWorks, NX) applications.

Desirable Skills and Experience
• Leadership experience in quality, schedule, or design aspects of packaging projects.
• Knowledge of logistics and operations as they relate to packaging design.
• Familiarity with sustainable packaging design methods and international testing standards.
