About the position
KORE Power, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This full-time position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and plays a crucial role in the development and marketing of our renewable energy products. As a leading developer of battery cell technology for the clean energy industry, KORE Power is committed to creating a collaborative and progressive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and articulating clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for our renewable energy products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. The role involves conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify customer pain points, trends, and opportunities. The Product Manager will leverage data to influence product development and marketing strategies, leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, is essential to ensure seamless execution of these strategies. In addition to product positioning and messaging, the Product Manager will create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating the benefits of our renewable energy products. The role also includes developing engaging marketing content such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts to support awareness and lead generation efforts. The Product Manager will work closely with the marketing team to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C segments. Engaging with customers to gather testimonials and success stories will also be a key responsibility, along with monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize strategies and drive growth.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to ensure seamless execution.

• Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team.

• Develop engaging marketing content (brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts) to support awareness and lead generation efforts.

• Work with the marketing team to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.

• Engage with customers to gather testimonials, use cases, and success stories.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the renewable energy, cleantech, or sustainability sectors.

• Strong understanding of renewable energy products (solar, wind, energy storage) and the energy market.

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
