Bloomberg is hiring a Product Manager for Climate, Nature and Sustainability Regulations in London. The role involves developing solutions for clients regarding climate change and regulatory compliance, coordinating across various teams, and ensuring product quality. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, strong technical skills, and a background in climate-related regulations. The position requires collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to enhance product offerings.
The Climate, Nature and Sustainability Regulations team is looking to hire a product manager. The team is responsible for developing solutions that support Bloomberg clients in their workflows related to climate change, nature and biodiversity, and regulatory compliance. The team builds differentiated content to enrich the Terminal experience and aids in crafting enterprise products that will result in direct revenue. This product group must coordinate across the Bloomberg business and functional areas including various Core Product, Engineering & Data teams, UX, Bloomberg Intelligence, Bloomberg NEF, Enterprise Data, Enterprise Products, Analytics and Sales.

The Climate, Nature and Sustainability Regulations domain is a fast-developing area as investors are committing to align their portfolios with net zero GHG emissions and nature-positive outcomes, whilst complying with various regulations including the SFDR, CSRD, green taxonomies, and ISSB disclosure rules. The product manager will take on product development responsibilities ranging from methodology development and user testing, close collaboration with engineers and data analysts for product implementation, as well as go-to-market strategy.

We'll Trust You To
• Work closely with Engineering and Data analysts to deliver critical insights and tools for climate, nature and regulatory analysis
• Work with experts within and outside the organization to ensure products are in line with the latest science and best practices in the areas of climate, nature and regulations
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our products are accessible where they can have maximum impact, including portfolio and screening tools, and enterprise solutions
• Build quality assurance and governance processes to ensure products are aligned with the best possible standards
• In time, you will be expected to define and communicate your own strategy and vision a specific product domain

You’ll Need To Have
• 5+ years of product manager or related experience*
• Strong technical skills, including coding (python) and data modelling
• Consistent record in implementing a product or solution end to end, from vision to execution
• Proven understanding of customers’ workflows by industry (Buyside/Sellside) and by player type
• Prior involvement working cross functionally with engineering partners
• Affinity the Climate, Nature and Sustainability Regulations space
