This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from purchasing and merchandising to warehouse operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and experienced in both merchandise planning and supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Merchandise Planning & Vendor Management: Develop and manage product assortment based on sales data and trends, sourcing high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining good relationships with suppliers.">
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels across all channels, ensuring accurate stock allocation, timely replenishment, and proper inventory records through regular checks.">
• Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouse and stores, working closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.">
• Warehouse & Team Oversight: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, guiding and supporting warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.">
• Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with marketing, retail, and finance teams to support product launches, promotions, and demand forecasting, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.">
