Greenology Products, LLC is seeking a Product Development Manager in Raleigh, NC, to oversee consumer packaged goods projects. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning, executing projects, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have experience in project management, preferably in the consumer goods industry, and be proficient in tools like Microsoft Project and Excel.
Greenology Products, LLC is a consumer packaged goods manufacturer specializing in formula development for USDA certified organic, natural, and eco-friendly products in the categories of cleaning, laundry, and healthy & beauty. Our Greenshield Organic® brand is the first line of USDA Certified Organic Detergents and Cleaners in the country. Our mission is to produce environmentally friendly product that are safe for people, pets, and the planet. We partner with retailers through private labeling while also growing our GO brand products to help drive our mission and promote sustainability in the consumer product industry.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful project execution of various consumer packaged goods development and product management projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The role requires proficiency in project execution, information and people management, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and project execution of product development and product management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and processes.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel for tracking progress and managing resources.
• Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks and address challenges.
• Manage consumer packaged goods information within internal and external data management systems to support project deliverables and to accurately document product-related information.
• Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and track timing and risks.
• Ensure adherence to budgeting guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design programs that meet business needs while ensuring operational feasibility.

Requirements
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of project execution methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel for effective project tracking.
• Experience in document and information gathering and management to support successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in budgeting processes related to project management.
• Experience in product development or consumer packaged goods management is a plus.
