Main Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement Environmental Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing environmentally responsible practices throughout Merit's procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Green Procurement: Promote environmentally responsible procurement practices and ensure compliance with Merit's policies and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field and two years of work-related experience.
• Proven track record in Green Procurement, preferably across multiple organizations.
• Working knowledge of ISO regulations and requirements.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
