Position Specific Description

This role focuses on executing the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process as well as ensuring the supplier’s obligations for the PO are achieved. Responsibilities include supporting negotiations, addressing Business Unit (BU) inquiries, and handling straightforward issues related to orders, tracking their status and supplier management. The position operates under the direction of a Procurement Leader and will involve continuous training during the first calendar year. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in procurement and supply chain operations

Job Overview

This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and helps manage order fulfillment. Employees in this role observe and support negotiations, assist in answering Business Unit (BU) questions, and handle straightforward issues relating to orders and tracking order status. This job completes tasks as directed by higher-level staff and engages in continuous training.
