Job Description

Greenvolt is seeking a Procurement Administrator in Warsaw, IN. Responsibilities include managing procurement documentation, processing Purchase Orders in SAP, supporting bid evaluations, and collaborating with suppliers. Candidates should have a relevant degree, procurement experience (preferably in Renewable Energy), and good English skills. Responsibilities
• Preparing and managing procurement documentation, including Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), technical specifications, summaries, and tender reports.
• Creating and processing Purchase Orders (PO) in the SAP system based on received Purchase Requests (PR).
• Registering and monitoring procurement procedures and orders in electronic systems.
• Supporting bid evaluations and preparing evaluation documentation.
• Cooperating with suppliers and internal teams involved in procurement processes.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and summary lists related to procurement activities.
• Archiving documentation and ensuring its completeness and accuracy.
• Participating in projects related to Renewable Energy Sources (including wind farms, photovoltaic installations, and Battery Energy Storage Systems – BESS
) as well as in relevant industry events.
Qualifications
• University degree or vocational education in administration, engineering, energy, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, administration, or project support – preferably in the Renewable Energy sector.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system will be an asset.
• Good command of MS Office
, especially Excel
.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Good command of English (minimum B1), enabling effective business communication.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in task execution.
• Teamwork skills and effective communication in an international environment.
