Job Description
The role involves supervising the sales grading, freight consignment, and dispatch operations at our Coffin Bay site. This includes managing a team of aquaculture attendants to successfully complete end-to-end operations on sales days, meeting tight deadlines and sales quotas. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships across departments, supporting deployment teams, and reporting daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the food processing industry, with knowledge of food safety, QA, or related qualifications. A forklift license is also required. Natural leadership skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and empowering a team of Aquaculture attendants and graduates to achieve production, quality, environmental, and safety objectives.
