Job Description

The Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
• Identify and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to increase operational performance.
• Incorporate sustainable practices into manufacturing processes, minimizing environmental impact.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to production equipment, materials, and processes.
• Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to develop and scale new manufacturing methods.
• Manage process development projects, including equipment installation, testing, and validation.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, flow diagrams, and process parameters.
• Ensure all processes meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in renewable energy or related industries.
• Proficiency in process simulation and CAD software.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as automation, robotics, and advanced materials.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
