Job Description

Bath Fitter is seeking a Process Development Support Technician in Saint-Eustache, Quebec. This role involves supporting new product development, addressing technical inquiries from customers and franchisees, and conducting on-site studies. Candidates should have 2 years of quality control experience in manufacturing, strong technical skills, and be fluent in French and English. Your Mission

As a Process Development Support Technician, you will play a key role in the development and integration of new products and technical solutions. You will act as a technical expert, answering customer and franchisee inquiries while ensuring documentation and testing processes maintain product quality and compliance. Additionally, you will conduct on-site studies and 3D scans in locations such as private homes, hotels, and cruise ships to kickstart the product development process.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate new product requests and provide technical recommendations
• Act as an expert in the development of purchased or manufactured products
• Perform tests, develop protocols, and analyze results
• Communicate directly with franchisees and the customer service team to address technical inquiries
• Conduct on-site studies and 3D scans in various locations (residences, hotels, cruise ships)
• Present new products to internal teams and the franchise network through interactive demonstrations
• Contribute to the product certification process and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 2 years in quality control within a manufacturing environment
• Skills: Technical analysis, project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation
• Tools: Ability to handle electrical and manual tools
• Software Knowledge: Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks (an asset), and inventory management software
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is required to collaborate with international teams and clients
