Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Privacy Impact Assessment Reviewer to join our Privacy Office team. This critical role involves monitoring and reviewing privacy impact assessments, managing office communications, and ensuring alignment with global standards to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will work with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and handling additional delegated responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and respond to privacy review requests received through the Privacy Office mailbox, acting as the single point of contact.
• Review requests to identify impacted Segments and territories, deploying Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to initiative representatives as needed.
• Collaborate with Segment Privacy teams to establish clear engagement guidelines and interface with the Asia team to manage initiative risks.
• Evaluate completed PIAs, identifying and addressing missing or inconsistent information, and challenge responses to ensure privacy risks are managed effectively.
• Follow up with initiative representatives and Segment Privacy teams to ensure timely completion of PIAs and escalate privacy risks when necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT) is a plus.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in privacy impact assessments, data protection, or a related privacy or compliance role.
• Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and standards like GDPR and CCPA.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing complex privacy issues.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying privacy concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address privacy concerns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for managing multiple tasks effectively.
