Job Description

Truist Financial is seeking a Privacy Change Risk Analyst in Atlanta, GA. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Identify potential privacy risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy controls and procedures that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze changes in privacy laws and regulations, and communicate updates and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain privacy risk management frameworks and tools to enhance the organization's privacy program.
Conduct privacy impact assessments for new systems, processes, and initiatives.
Investigate and respond to privacy incidents, working closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
Develop and deliver training programs for employees to increase awareness and understanding of privacy policies and procedures.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
Regularly report on privacy risks and compliance to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in privacy and security, and incorporate them into the organization's privacy program.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure privacy is considered in all business decisions.
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of privacy risk assessments, incidents, and remediation efforts.
Act as a subject matter expert on privacy laws and regulations, providing guidance and support to the organization as needed.
