Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and promoting business growth. Your duties will include performing break / fix service calls in an assigned area, servicing, installing, diagnosing and repairing binding, laminating, cutting, folding, stitching, and other document handling equipment.

You will also manage your own daily schedule to meet customer expectations, maintain your spare parts inventory and manage your calls and parts on the company laptop, and provide operator training to customers on machine operations and job setup.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• An Associate's degree, trade certifications, or equivalent field experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Electro-mechanical experience using a multi-meter to troubleshoot circuits and reading schematics to troubleshoot machines
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computers
• Superior time management skills and reliability
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic experience
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
