Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience + Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning / Landscape Architecture / Architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and communicate effectively.
• AICP certification is strongly preferred.
