Description of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading impact investing fund dedicated to the acquisition, development, and overall investment management of renewable energy assets in emerging markets.

Main responsibilities
• Lead the investment process from start to finish, including transaction structuring and negotiation.
• Oversee the due diligence process and ensure that all relevant information is collected and analyzed.
• Travel to project sites to evaluate investment opportunities.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A and renewable energy investing.
• Strong track record of successful investments.
• Able to lead complex deals from start to finish.
• Familiarity with emerging markets is an asset, but not required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or Turkish is a plus.
