Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Landscape Professional to join our team in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, technical expertise, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of landscape architecture projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects in the Middle East region. They will possess strong project management skills, including experience in managing project teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction, management, and delivery of landscape architecture projects, aligning team goals with company objectives and client expectations.
• Design and Implementation: Conceptualize, design develop, and implement complex landscape architecture projects, integrating site analysis, cultural context, and sustainability principles.
• Project Management: Manage project teams, resources, and budgets effectively to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Clients and Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to junior and mid-level staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Leadership Experience: A minimum of 14 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects in the Middle East region.
• Design and Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience in managing project teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve successful project outcomes.
