ADP is seeking a Practice Leader for Workforce Management in Delaware City, DE. This role involves driving product sales, engaging in strategy sessions, and providing support to sales teams in large organizations. Candidates should have expertise in WFM offerings, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively. GES sales is looking for a Practice Leader to help us grow product sales in our market: In this role, you will work within a defined set of sales teams or markets in our enterprise space of 1k+ employee organizations, assisting the sales efforts in either our US Enterprise or US Global divisions.

Responsibilities of the Role: Daily, you engage in strategy sessions with your field partners, identify high probability opportunities, contribute to account strategy, provide answers and help troubleshoot questions from the field and Competitive Intel, and provide deal support and deal execution.

Weekly participation in client-facing meetings, strategy pods, providing thought leadership, attending team meetings, communicating wins and insights and connecting with implementation and service partners to ensure go lives are met and assist with opportunity transitions.

Monthly and Quarterly participation includes win room calls, sharing success stories, channel recognition, knowledge sharing sessions, supporting go to market activities, and helping to win business.

Team members are expected to develop strong WFM product expertise across the Workforce Manager and Essential Time offerings as well understanding the competitive landscape to provide subject matter expertise in all WFM sales opportunities.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
• Experience Selling WFM Offerings. You are a proven subject matter expert with experience selling Workforce Manager and other WFM offerings. You are comfortable having business conversations with executive stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting in business case creation for our buyers. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone.
• Ability to Collaborate. You are comfortable working with multiple business partners internally and externally. You can juggle multiple opportunities and objectives at the same time while still focusing on the most important work to drive sales forward and help our offering grow in the market.
• Proven Winner. You have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to focus on work that drives results. You have a track record of success, gaining trust through insight and managing multiple relationships, especially those in leadership

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
• Five+ years of prior work experience with the above listed skills, OR
