Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Management Specialist to join our team. As a Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) Reliability Standards compliance initiatives for our clients. Your expertise will enable us to protect the reliability and security of the North American power grid.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in NERC O&P Reliability Standards, with experience in performing compliance assessments, developing Compliance Programs, and collecting evidence. They will also have a solid understanding of O&P, process improvement, and risk management frameworks, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage NERC O&P Reliability Standards compliance initiatives for clients
• Conduct comprehensive compliance assessments and provide recommendations to ensure NERC O&P Standards compliance
• Develop and enhance Compliance Programs, including operating plans, business processes, and organizational structures
• Collaborate with other business units to achieve client objectives and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a business, policy, engineering, economics, finance, science, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience, or equivalent experience
• Electric utility generation and/or transmission operations or planning experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with NERC Standards and NERC compliance programs
• Ability to cultivate and foster client relations, collaborate with other business units, and build internal and external relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing
• Project management skills to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
