Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor counterparty obligations against covenants and/or performance targets.
• Negotiate regular and ad-hoc counterparty requests.
• Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Investment teams on payment, drawdown profile, legal, and scenario stress testing.
• Perform investment and/or portfolio analysis to support detailed reviews and reporting.
• Work with Sustainability and Investment teams to drive knowledge sharing and influencing decarbonisation outcomes.
• Monitor and manage ESG and sustainability related obligations and reporting.
• Develop strategic direction for transactions and complete Asset Management Plans.
• Handover investment transactions from Investment teams ahead of financial close.
Requirements:
• Understanding of bank loan and fixed income transactions, project finance, or credit risk management.
• Experience effectively communicating complex transaction details and undertaking financial and risk analysis reporting.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and interpret financial models relative to project milestones.
• Experience across various financing and investment structures, including project finance, corporate finance, property financing, securitisation, bond, equity, and fund investments.
