Job Description

North Metropolitan TAFE is seeking a Portfolio Administration Coordinator in Perth, WA. This role involves providing administrative support to the Portfolio team and requires collaboration with various educational staff. The position offers a salary of $83,114 - $89,226 per annum, with benefits including flexible hours, paid leave, and salary packaging. Applicants must be eligible for Australian citizenship or residency. The role is not remote as it requires working from multiple campuses.
Level 3, $83,114 - $89,226 pa, PSCAA

We are establishing a 24 month appointment pool for vacancies that may arise. We may offer permanent, fixed term, full time, part time or casual appointments, with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.

About the Role

In this role you will be required to provide administrative and business support services in accordance with North Metropolitan TAFE policies and procedures. The Portfolio Administration Coordinator role is an integral position with the Portfolio team and is responsible for a broad range of administration tasks and supporting the Portfolio Director. This position reports to the Portfolio Director and collaborates closely with the Heads of Programs, Principal Lecturers, Lecturers, and administration teams
