Plastic sustainable Specialist (Sales & Quality)

ADVANCE RECYCLING ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Plastic Sustainable Specialist (Sales & Quality) in Singapore. This outdoor role involves visiting factories and solving logistics issues while promoting a new line of 100% Recycled Plastic Pallets. Candidates should have 1-2 years of sales experience in logistics or manufacturing, own reliable transport, and be self-motivated. The position offers a salary of SGD 3K–SGD 5K per month with commission potential.

We are looking for a hungry, independent, and outspoken specialist to take this product to market. You will not be sitting in an office. You will be outdoors, visiting factories, solving logistics problems for clients, and ensuring our product quality is world-class. This is a pioneer role with high earning potential through commission."

2. Basic Requirements (The "Must-Haves")

1. Own Reliable Transport

· Why it's required: This is an outdoor/field sales role. You will be visiting factories, warehouses, and logistics hubs daily. Public transport is not efficient for carrying pallet samples. (Specify if a car is needed, or if a large motorcycle with a box is acceptable).

2. Experience in Industry or Logistics Sales

· Specifics: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Industrial Supplies (e.g., selling forklifts, packaging, pallets, shipping services).

· Why: You must understand what a warehouse manager cares about (durability, cost-per-trip, safety).

3. Computer Literacy

· Specifics: Must be able to use:

· Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (to track leads and sales).

· Email professionally.

· Online research (to find potential customers on Google Maps, company directories).

· Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook Marketplace) for basic prospecting.

4. Outspoken & Self-Motivated

· Specifics: You will not have a manager sitting next to you. You must be comfortable walking into a factory and asking to speak to the manager. You must be able to handle rejection and keep moving.
