Plant Operations Engineer

Carbon Clean is seeking a Plant Operations Engineer in Mumbai, India, responsible for plant start-up, installation, and performance testing. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in chemical engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role offers hybrid working, allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week, along with a positive company culture and opportunities for personal and professional development.
• Start-up and operation of plants at customer site.
• Supervision in Installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing.
• Assisting the senior operations team in achieving the KPIs
• Liaison with host site regarding site preparation, utilities, and tie-ins.
• Preparation of Operating manuals and other documents associated with Plant Operation.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with all Safety regulations.

Requirements

Is this the job for me?

To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 3 to 5 years of field experience
• Hands-on experience with start-ups and troubleshooting of Chemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer etc. plants.
• Handson experience in PLC/DCS operation is a must.
• Installation, commissioning, and operations experience
