Job Description

NES Fircroft is hiring a Planner I for a 12-month contract based in East Perth, WA, Australia. The role involves coordinating and prioritizing project plans, maintaining schedules, and collaborating with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include participating in schedule reviews, developing reports, and ensuring compliance with standardized processes. Candidates must have full Australian working rights.

Nes Fircroft is currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to coordinate, evaluate and prioritise the project plan under the guidance from more senior level staff.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assists with the creation, maintenance and reporting on the project plan and schedule.
• Participates in project schedule review meetings and update schedules.
• Assists in maintaining the integrity of integrated project schedules.
• Supports development of monthly schedule reports, including proper analysis.
• Assists in the development and update of progress and commodity curves.
• Assists in schedule development and monitoring for assigned areas.
• Supports compliance with standardised processes, systems and tools.
• Maintains the relationship with contracting and other project planning stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the cost engineering and estimating groups to ensure that implications of changes are well articulated.
• Assists with analysing and reporting implications of changes to plan and schedule.
• Provides technical support to project stakeholders.

Functional Area: Capital & Closure Projects
The Capital & Closure Projects functional area includes roles related to the way we study, manage, plan, and deliver capital and closure projects.
