Planner

DNV is seeking a Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney, Australia, but is open to candidates from other areas. The role involves scheduling audit activities, liaising with clients and auditors, ensuring timely delivery of audits, optimizing resource utilization, and performing administrative tasks related to projects.
DNV is looking to hire a Planner on a 12 month fixed term contract, based in our Sydney office. While this role being based in Sydney is our preference, we are also open to considering candidates in other parts of Australia.
• Schedule audit activities and input schedules into our IT system.
• Continuously liaise with clients and auditors to finalize audit dates.
• Communicate scheduled audits to clients and assessors.
• Ensure that all audits are meticulously planned and delivered on time, adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Plan capacity and resource utilization to optimize operational costs.
• Collaborate with the technical function and sales department.
• Contribute to enhancing analytical efforts for accurate forecasting.
• Ensure timely reporting by assessors for completed projects.
• Update our production system to maintain accurate audit-related information.
• Perform any necessary administrative work related to activities/projects.
