Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator in Sydney, NSW. The role involves supporting workforce functions like onboarding, recruitment, and employee wellbeing. The Role:

Are you a thoughtful, enthusiastic, people-focused individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and a budding interest in all things People and Culture? If so, this might be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for a dynamic and empathic team player to join us. You will help drive the culture by supporting key workforce functions, including employee onboarding, Rewards and Recognition, Recruitment, and Health and Wellbeing.

About You:

You could be just who we are looking for if you can bring most (or all!) of the following to the table:
• A genuine passion for building a career in People and Culture (or Human Resources as sometimes known)
• Current enrolment in or prior studies related to the profession
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
• A trustworthy instinct and a solid moral compass
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude when facing challenges

Important Note:

We are only accepting applications from candidates who are eligible to work in Australia as we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants holding short-term visas must commit to a minimum of 12 months.
