PureFuel is seeking a Partner-Level Practice Leader for its Sustainability Real Estate division in England. The role involves leading the practice, driving growth, managing P&L, and developing client strategies. Candidates should have extensive leadership experience in sustainability services and a passion for making an impact. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape the future of sustainability in real estate.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and business-focused leader to take charge of a growing sustainability real estate practice.
This role will provide the opportunity to shape the future of sustainability in the real estate sector, driving strategic development and achieving significant growth.
This role needs a natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about sustainability and ready to make a significant impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the practice, winning new commercial opportunities, setting the client proposition, and implementing go-to-market strategies. You will oversee the full P&L and performance, holding accountability for budget management and delivery.
As a leader, you will set the culture, inspire the team, and drive the commercial growth of the practice. The role demands an effective communicator and a strategic thinker who is both commercially driven.

• Drive commercial growth, creating opportunities for the practice.
• Develop and lead recruitment, training, and team management initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, unifying different team dynamics.
