Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Partner - Banking & Finance (Sustainability Focus) include:
• Sales Leadership: Leading business development efforts within the Banking and Finance sector, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and developing strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share.
• Consulting Expertise: Overseeing client engagements from start to finish, providing advisory services in areas like ESG compliance, sustainable finance, and climate risk, while customizing solutions for financial sector clients and mentoring junior consultants.
• Sustainability Leadership: Staying ahead of sustainability trends, championing sustainability initiatives in client offerings, developing thought leadership on sustainable finance, and representing the firm at industry events and public forums.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Banking and Finance, with at least 7 years in a sales leadership or consulting role, and a strong track record of building and managing high-value client relationships. They will possess in-depth knowledge of sustainability principles, particularly in finance (ESG, sustainable finance, green bonds), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead client engagements and mentor teams. A master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, with advanced qualifications in Sustainability as a plus.
