In addition to these responsibilities, the Maintenance worker will be tasked with changing light bulbs, checking air conditioning and refrigeration units, and making plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning repairs. The role requires the operation of power equipment and hand tools, as well as performing carpentry duties as assigned. Responsibilities
• Performs maintenance and repair duties as required on various buildings or areas and equipment.

• Stocks department supplies.

• Checks equipment for proper operation and makes minor adjustments if necessary.

• Makes rounds to ensure safety within buildings.

• Checks oxygen supplies and functioning ability; replaces oxygen as needed.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
