## Key Role Overview

As an Associate Banker, you will represent the bank with hospitality and deliver attentive, friendly service using Chase's digital and branch banking solutions. The role focuses on creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, assisting with day-to-day transactions and account openings, educating clients on self-service technology, and supporting branch operations to help clients achieve their financial goals.

## Key Responsibilities

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.

- Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.

- Educate clients on technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs.

- Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge, and introducing clients to subject-matter experts.

- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

## Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.

- Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service and creating a welcoming environment.

- Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care and concern during client interactions.

- Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely, anticipating client needs.

- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.

- Ability to work collaboratively as a team to elevate the client experience and deliver seamless service.

- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Cash handling experience.
