About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Packaging Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our packaging development group, you will be responsible for the sustainable development and analysis of packaging, products, materials, processes, or equipment for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing sustainable packaging solutions that meet regulatory requirements and minimize environmental impact.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop packaging designs that meet customer needs while minimizing waste and environmental impact.
• Conducting life cycle assessments and developing reports to support sustainable packaging decisions.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform sustainable packaging solutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, sustainability, or any engineering discipline.
• Experience with sustainability assessments or packaging optimization projects.
• Strong knowledge of packaging sustainability standards, life cycle assessment (LCA) tools, and eco-design principles.
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements related to packaging and sustainability.
• Minimum 7 yrs of packaging engineering experience with related equipment and materials.
